Responsibilities

Customer Relations

• Respond to client / student inquiries across email, WhatsApp, and community platforms in a timely, professional manner
• Assist with onboarding new students (account setup, reminders, orientation materials)
• Maintain accurate records, FAQs, and support documentation
• Follow up on payments, refunds, or account issues (with provided scripts / templates)
• Gather feedback, testimonials, and reviews from clients
