Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
• Manage complex calendars, prioritise meetings, and coordinate schedules across time zones
• Plan and organise internal / external meetings, business trips, and key events
• Prepare necessary materials, briefings, and presentations with accuracy and clarity
• Support in follow-ups and track outstanding items to ensure timely closure
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Liaise across departments to streamline communication
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions
