To further enhance HR support for our employees and managers, our HR Operations Team is setting up hubs inBerlin, Kuala Lumpur, and Bogotathat will cover our organization worldwide across 50+ countries. From these hubs, our HR Specialists support the company in Talent Acquisition, Performance Services, Employee Data Services, Reward Services, Learning Services, Employee & Manager Services, and Payroll Services.
In this role, you will be part of the HR Technology & Infrastructure team, which supports HR Operations by designing, implementing, and maintaining Reporting & Analytics standards, policies, and HR systems to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity, and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities :
Execute HR Reports based on Workday
Prepare and implement standard and ad hoc reports, templates, metrics, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholder groups to enable decision-making
Drive reporting initiatives and deliver actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders
Implement Reporting & Analytics standards, policies, and HR systems
Monitor KPIs and align on appropriate actions if figures are not met
Support mail merge and mass / bulk document creation
Work on automation of reports, data processing, and efficiency
Perform analysis and validation of data to ensure accuracy and validity of critical business information
Your profile and qualifications :
Apprenticeship (Ausbildung) or university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or similar
Functional expertise in Reporting & Analytics, with hands-on experience in Workday reporting
Strong skills in building dashboards, visualizations, and data models in PowerBI
Expertise in working with and understanding Workday terminologies (especially position management in relation to FTE, fluctuation, internal FTE changes)
Proven problem-solving skills, solution orientation, and administrative as well as organizational skills
Focus on quality management and strong client orientation
Strong communication skills, able to transfer complex data structures into easy communication for stakeholders
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into projects
Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
Experience working in an international environment is highly valued
