Job Purpose :

• In the Cluster Delivery Organization, Business Specialists, Business Experts, Engineer Specialists, Engineers, Administrators and Product Owners work together in a team. Agile methods help employees perform their functions by enabling a fast and flexible response to changing conditions and customer needs through an iterative approach and continuous development of new solutions.
• This approach aims at better products, higher quality, more efficient processes and faster implementation. This will ensure that valuable functionalities are delivered to the customer and that existing products, processes and services are further developed in a customer-oriented manner.
• In order to achieve this, the employees work autonomously, with guidance from senior team members, and are self-organized with evolving independence. For this purpose, team members are gradually entrusted with responsibility for processes and systems that are necessary for their respective products, processes and services. Open communication between team members ensures regular and timely feedback. This enables the consistent identification and learning from errors, so-called "Fail Fast," which allows the team to respond to changing conditions and customer needs through iterative action..
