Application Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

Ked Tech is seeking a talented Service Engineer (Mandarin Speaking) to join our team based in Penang, Malaysia. This full‑time role is responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to our clients in the semiconductor industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with our wet cleaning equipment
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support and maintenance services
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Manage inventory, order spare parts, and ensure the timely completion of tasks
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement improvements to existing products and processes
• Contribute to the team’s continuous learning and knowledge sharing efforts
