Director, Manufacturing Ops - MY871170

Morgan Philips is partnered exclusively with a US-based Technology Manufacturing leader in their search for a Manufacturing Ops Director, based in the north. This pivotal role is responsible for the complete oversight, optimization, and alignment of all manufacturing operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and performance.

You will be working closely with the VP, ASIA to :

• Oversee and manage the daily manufacturing operations, ensuring all processes are efficient, cost-effective, and in full compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Identify and implement strategies for process optimization, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement across all operational departments.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of managers and staff, cultivating a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation.
• Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities to build a highly skilled and engaged operations team.
• Set clear performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and implement effective strategies for staff retention and engagement.
• Manage and control operational budgets, ensuring all resources are allocated effectively to meet financial targets.
• Champion and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and overall service excellence.
• Evaluate opportunities to leverage new technologies for process automation, advanced data analysis, and informed decision-making.

Who we are looking for :

10 years

in a high-volume, high-mix multinational manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the electronics industry.
