A manufacturer in the vehicle parts industry, recognized for its commitment to precision engineering and adherence to international standards, is currently seeking an Equipment Maintenance Engineer – Hydraulic & Electrical to join the team. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic and electrical systems across die-casting machines and related equipment to ensure reliable operation and minimal production downtime.

Job Responsibilities

• Debug, maintain, and repair die-casting machines, trim presses, robotic systems, environmental protection equipment, and power distribution systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to minimize equipment downtime and ensure stable production.
• Support the development, installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of both new and existing production equipment.
• Operate and maintain auxiliary systems including power distribution rooms, wastewater treatment facilities, and compressed air systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 documentation standards.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
