A manufacturer in the vehicle parts industry, recognized for its commitment to precision engineering and adherence to international standards, is currently seeking an Equipment Maintenance Engineer – Hydraulic & Electrical to join the team. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic and electrical systems across die-casting machines and related equipment to ensure reliable operation and minimal production downtime.
Job Responsibilities
- Debug, maintain, and repair die-casting machines, trim presses, robotic systems, environmental protection equipment, and power distribution systems.
- Diagnose and resolve faults in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to minimize equipment downtime and ensure stable production.
- Support the development, installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of both new and existing production equipment.
- Operate and maintain auxiliary systems including power distribution rooms, wastewater treatment facilities, and compressed air systems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 documentation standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, and automation equipment.Possession of a valid Electrician Certificate (PW or equivalent) is mandatory.Strong proficiency in hydraulic systems, electrical circuits, sensors, motors, and pneumatic components.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and English-language equipment manuals.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality system requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
