Associate, Accounts Payable at Klook

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily operational tasks, including reviewing merchant bank information, coordinating merchant information updates, and processing merchant payments.
• Support bank reconciliation processes and serve as the point of contact for unresolved bank transaction inquiries.
• Support the preparation of monthly AP reports with detailed analysis of key data and trends.
• Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) schedules, including the deposit / prepayment schedule, top merchant schedule and AP aging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track task progress and support timely completion of processes and reports.
• Contribute to the improvement of systems, reporting tools, and workflows by suggesting enhancements.
• Provide general support to the Accounts Payable (AP) team.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior members of the Finance team.
