Overview

POSITION SUMMARY : We are looking for a meticulous Calibration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our measurement and testing equipment operates accurately and reliably, supporting our commitment to quality and precision in our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine calibration and maintenance on various measurement and testing instruments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Document calibration procedures, results, and any necessary adjustments in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Utilize advanced calibration equipment and software to analyze and document results effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement calibration protocols and schedules.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with calibration equipment, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate calibration records and assist in audits as required.
• Conduct detailed root cause analysis and troubleshooting of calibration discrepancies and equipment failures
• Participate in internal and external audits related to calibration and quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
