Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bandar Prai (Mukim 1A). The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. They will conduct market research, develop sales strategies, and offer training to new team members. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Proficiency in Training and mentoring new team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
