What you will do Understand client's requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable Conduct interviews using a range of reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to various job boards to generate pipelines Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal database, networks, and external resources provided. Who we are looking for : Degree or above in any disciplines Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients professionally Self motivated and result driven, with a positive mindset in wanting to succeed Proven track record in external recruitment is preferred.
