Job descriptionMinimum Masters, PhD in Biotechnology, Immunology, Biomedical, Science or related. Proven experiences in real-time PCR, NGS, flow cytometry, cell culture, and related applications. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and articulate the technical aspects of scientific products. The idea of traveling, expanding your network, and conquering challenges excites you. Possess own car. Job responsibilities
- Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support ensuring effective resolution of issues and delivering prompt assistance to both internal teams and external clients.
- Perform equipment's installation, training and related services
- Implement action plans to achieve team sales targets & objectives.
- Regularly engage with clients and internal teams to provide product updates, conduct presentations & demonstrations, and supports.
- Maintain records of activities, forecasts and analysis for management review.
- Deepen your understanding of our scientific product range and stay abreast of industry trends.
