• Roles & Responsibilities
• Maintain optimal performance, availability, and reliability of systems used in credit operations. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with IT and software vendors as necessary.
• Provide guidance to credit operations personnel on system functionalities, usage, and optimal practices and work with cross-departmental teams to execute system updates, enhancements, and resolve bugs.
• Create and evaluate system reports to pinpoint potential issues or opportunities for enhancement and assist in data migration initiatives while ensuring precision during system upgrades.
• Perform system audits to verify compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Keep abreast of industry developments to suggest system enhancements and innovations.
• Requirements
• Malaysian citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in system support or a similar technical role, preferably in banking or financial services environment.
• A strong understanding of the processes and systems used in commercial loan and facility management is essential.
• Proven experience in system support, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, is required.
