MARKETING MANAGER

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least BSc / BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Marketing experience in fast paced brand (Regional and / or Local Marketing) with a strong consumer focus. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix of product pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning.
• Experience in launching end to end Campaigns in market and new product development launch.
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Highly creative with ability to think out of box.
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
• Persuasiveness : pro-activity and foresight to point out opportunities and risks to the business.
• Strong track record of consistent in-market delivery.
• Strong Accountability and Ownership in task and deliverables.
• Willingness to engage in robust discussions on strategy with a strong point of view.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking – working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
• Organizational and planning skills, experience meeting tight deadlines.
