Senior Manager Component Verification

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced engineering leader to manage and lead a team of Component Verification Engineers at the PSS Component Verification Lab in Melaka. This role is instrumental in ensuring high-quality execution of electrical verification and testing activities, meeting business and technical objectives, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. In your new role you will :

• Manage & lead a team of component verification engineers in PSS Component Verification Lab Melaka , fulfilling division / business line expectations and working with other counter parts to support development projects / tasks.
• To lead a team of CV engineers with the purpose of achieving relevant KPIs of the team.
• Responsible for managing the section’s activities and execution quality;synergize team’s activities with cross-site and relevant counterparts.
• Ensure the team’s functions run smoothly and efficiently at minimum costand contributes constructively to the growth of the Company.
• Provides leadership to the team to ensure that the goals & objectives set are attained with more than satisfactory results.
• Drive personnel development to ensure professional growth of department members through training courses, on-the-job training, and project activities.
• Technically involve on problem solving and project execution, assigning relevant experts to support the team in ensuring successful completionof tasks / deliverables.
• Being the interface into the global organization, including alignment and correlation with world-wide organization of labs.
• Communicates effectively with business partners, across business line and also inclusive of manufacturing colleagues (if / when needed) to ensure productive execution of tasks / deliverables for our customers.
