Responsibilities

• Customs Clearance Management

Manage and oversee the end-to-end customs clearance process for all import shipments, ensuring adherence to applicable local and international regulations.

Prepare operational schedules and coordinate import logistics activities to ensure timely and specification-compliant delivery of products.

Create material requirements plans based on production schedules and generate purchase requisitions in SAP.

Manage the application of NPCO / PCO COO to fulfill customer origin certification requirements.

Liaise with logistics suppliers, brokerage agents, and transport companies, negotiating monthly prices and rates per company guidelines.

Maintain accurate import records and prepare comprehensive reports.
