Operations Executive (Import)

Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field At least 2 years of experience in administrative or operations support Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in handling import processes and SST exemptions is highly preferred Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn – takes initiative, seeks continuous improvement, and actively contributes without needing constant supervision.
Overview
Coordinate supplier chain process such as import and custom clearance. Liaise with freight forwarders and transporters to ensure smooth logistics and customs clearance. Monitor and track shipments, proactively addressing any delays or issues. Ensure accurate and timely documentation, filing, and data entry. Perform any other related duties as required to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
