Job Responsibilities :
- Attend daily morning meetings for task updates and reporting.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Plan, create, and post engaging digital content — photos, videos, captions, and simple graphics.
- Work in hybrid mode — only come to the workshop when needed to shoot video / photo content.
- After completing shooting tasks at the workshop, you may go home to edit and upload.
- Handle video recording, editing, and posting for promotional and daily content.
- Post at least 2 videos per day (KPI).
- Eligible for performance bonus if targeted views are achieved.
- Monitor and manage social media engagement, reply to comments / messages, and interact with followers.
- Propose and execute creative content ideas and campaign plans.
- Maintain and update the company website (e.g., content, promotions, and service details).
- Assist in executing both online and offline marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements :
Experience or basic skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.Familiar with editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro.Able to generate fresh content ideas regularly and independently.Strong communication skills and a team player.Basic knowledge of website platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.Comfortable with hands-on work, including content capturing at the workshop.How to Apply :
