What You’ll Do :

• Lead & Inspire : Motivate and guide sales advisors to exceed Auto Finance disbursement and incentive targets.
• Drive Growth : Expand dealer networks, boost Capital Financing drawdowns, and champion cross-selling of Credit Cards and BANCA.
• Build Relationships : Maintain strong, strategic partnerships with dealerships and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Ensure Excellence : Oversee smooth operations, compliance, and timely execution of administrative tasks.
• Empower Teams : Conduct impactful training, briefings, and ensure continuous learning across Business Centres.
• Champion Compliance & Risk Management : Foster a “no-surprise” culture by adhering to AML policies and proactively managing risks.
• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Certified in PCE Life, PCE General, Takaful Life & Takaful General
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Auto Finance industry
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills
• Passionate about delivering results and creating exceptional customer experiences
• High-impact team driving innovation in Auto Finance
