About Us : Nora Ana Jewelry (NAJ) is an emerging jewelry brand in Malaysia, dedicated to creating timeless and sophisticated designs available on Shopee, our official website, and through pop-up events. We operate from a home-based office in Shah Alam , supported by a small, creative, and passionate team.

Role Overview : We are seeking a Sales & Admin Assistant to aid in our daily online and offline operations. Your responsibilities will include managing emails and social media messages, assisting with Shopee and website product uploads, monitoring inventory levels, and helping with order packing. Additionally, you will create brief daily product videos and support at booths or events (including weekends).

Immediate availability is preferred.

Salary : RM1,700–RM2,000 (commensurate with experience) Location : Home-based office, Shah Alam
