Marketing Manager

JD :

• Developing marketing strategies for advertising new products
• Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries
• Leading and motivating teams of Marketing Associates, and assisting in GTM planning / activities
• Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
• Identify new or maintain existing collaboration with KOLs, brands, agencies to enhance brand perception and awareness
• Manage marketing budgets and getting necessary approvals from the Country Manager
• Manage full-cycle marketing campaigns, online and offline Brainstorming advertising ideas with marketing team
