Service Project Specialist

How you’ll make an impact :

• Monitor and control project progress and resource utilization, manage project financials, oversee invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow, and ensure financial reporting is current.
• Maintain project documentation according to Hitachi Energy policies, participate in project / service agreement / warranty reviews, and identify, qualify, and manage risks.
• Capture lessons learned, ensure formal project closure, and facilitate customer acceptance and contract close-out.
• Apply contract and claim management in line with company policies and contractual agreements.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Management to procure services, materials, and equipment from internal and external suppliers.
• Support negotiations, claims, and project changes; act as the key contact and escalation point for project issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and develop customer relationships for ongoing or sustainable business.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental policies, and applicable regulations.
