About the Role
Bybit is looking for proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Specialists to join our fast-growing team in Kuala Lumpur!
In this role, you’ll be the front line of our user experience — assisting global traders with account, KYC verification, and payment-related inquiries , while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support through live chat and email in both English and Mandarin.
- Handle KYC (Know Your Customer) and payment-related inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Assist users with account verification, deposit / withdrawal processes , and resolve transactional issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bybit’s platform, products, and compliance requirements .
- Identify potential fraud or suspicious activity and escalate appropriately.
- Gather user feedback to help improve platform features, service quality, and internal processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Product, and Risk) to ensure smooth resolution of cases.
Requirements
Diploma or above in any field.At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, preferably in crypto, fintech, or payment operations .Solid understanding of KYC / CDD procedures and experience handling payment transactions or verifications .Proficient in English and Mandarin , both written and spoken.Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.Tech-savvy with a keen interest in blockchain, trading, and the digital assets industry.Team-oriented, self-motivated, and responsive under fast-paced conditions.Willing to work onsite in shifts (5 days per week, including weekends & Public Holidays) .What We Offer
