Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Quantity Surveyor located in KL Mid Valley City. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as cost estimation, budgeting, and asset management. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project costing, prepare tender and contract documents, and conduct feasibility studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Quantity Surveying or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry
• Thorough knowledge of construction contracts, pricing, and estimation
• Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team and individually
