Regional Sales Engineer / Manager

About the role

This is a full-time Regional Sales Engineer / Manager role at MODU Group, a leading producer of Modular conveyor system for industrial factories. Reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's sales activities. This is a crucial role that will have a direct impact on the company's overall business performance and strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Represent the entire range of company industrial products and solutions to the assigned customers.
• Source, develop new customers and achieve designated regional sales targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies.
• Conduct market research and sector intelligence, evaluate industry gaps and opportunities to pitch sales leads on value added services range from up to downstream.
• Identify market expectations, trends, opportunities and customer’s needs.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Take ownership and accountability in Company’s sales target, performance and growth.
• Prepare and submit sales team plan report and forecasts to internal teams and manager.
