Overview

AL Maritime is a business unit within GM&T (Global Markets & Technologies). The activity is articulated around four main businesses : Global Helium, Global Rare Gases, Offshore Energies and Maritime Cryogenic Supply. It is a very international environment, managing multiple locations worldwide. Cryogenic Tank Services (CTS) is a Malaysian entity (acquired in 2015) specializing in cryogenic tank and equipment rental for offshore and maritime industries, as well as cryogenic transport, repair and testing services. The Sales Engineer will be in charge of the Packaged Gas (PG) and Equipment & Services (E&S) sales for the offshore Asia Pacific region, with a focus on building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships and gaining new market share in the region to strengthen CTS footprint.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Understand and seize the offshore industrial and diving gas market in SEA Region

• Carry out sales for the offshore gases such as Diving Gas, Industrial Gas and Welding Gas
• Manage, build and develop long lasting relationships with existing customers at all levels (decision makers, end users and procurement officers)
• Develop networking plans and ensure regular visits to the respective customers
• Collect customers current and future needs and resolve any concerns or complaints as it arises
• Identify new business opportunities proactively by visiting prospects as well as developing “intel” networks and collecting market news on a regular basis
• Follow sales activities, set up agreements and ensure deployment

Leads a regular prospecting activity to detect sales opportunity
