Job Responsibility
Plan, develop, and execute campaigns, including those of strategic importance to the organization. Liaise with external vendors and agencies (e.g., printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets) to ensure work meets organizational requirements, deadlines, and budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaigns and materials to achieve sales goals. Ensure stores are equipped with communication materials before campaign launches (catalogues, leaflets, hanging mobiles, video materials, etc.). Fulfill price ticket requirements for all stores to ensure sufficient promotional materials. Research, write, and brief related departments on design or content for sales collateral that is effective and audience-appropriate. Prepare weekly bulletins and campaign briefing decks for store reference. Plan, manage, and execute programs / activities within allocated budget. Lead & execute on monthly marketing campaigns support for all sales channels (Store, Online & Direct Sales) with promotions / activities. Responsible on 12 months campaign theme, promotions, campaign calendar and implementing organization of campaign team. Initiate new ideas, feedback and ways to improve monthly / store related activities by ensuring communication materials delivered flawlessly. Ad Hoc Responsibilities
Coordinate events with external suppliers. Prepare event documents. Manage events on weekends (as and when required). Administration
Handle all marketing filing and billing. Job Requirements
