Position Overview :
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing & Social Media Content Creator . This role will be instrumental in shaping and communicating Provident Group’s brand narrative across digital platforms and other media as needed, ensuring consistency with our premium positioning.
As a junior team member, you will support the development of objective-aligned content that engages, inspires, and resonates with our target and aspirational audiences. You will work closely with the corporate communications team to create visually striking, editorial-style content that reflects Provident Group’s ethos of prestige and trust.

Job Description :
Content Development & Execution
Develop and execute sophisticated, high-quality content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns aligned with the brand’s premium identity.
Support the production of visual and multimedia assets, including graphics, reels, carousels, short-form videos, and editorial photography.
Apply SEO best practices and keyword strategies to maximize content reach and visibility.
Digital Strategy & Storytelling
Collaborate with the marketing team to translate strategic objectives into compelling digital storytelling.
Contribute fresh, creative ideas to elevate Provident Group’s luxury-inspired brand voice across digital platforms.
Assist in planning and executing content calendars for Provident Group.
Social Media Management
Curate and manage Provident’s social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure trend-relevant and brand-consistent content.
Monitor social media trends and audience behavior to inform and refine content strategy.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics across digital platforms.
Use insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and increase audience engagement.
Compliance & Brand Integrity
Ensure all content complies with industry regulations, copyright laws, and data protection requirements.
Maintain consistency with Provident Group’s brand identity and premium positioning across all channels.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., corporate communications, design, compliance) to align messaging and content output.
Engage with external collaborators, partners, or influencers to support brand storytelling and campaign execution.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and content creation tools to enhance creative output and performance.
Regularly review content strategies and propose optimizations to improve engagement, reach, and brand alignment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and seamless campaign execution.
Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and creative input across departments.
Job Requirement :
1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (internships and freelance work considered).
Diploma / Degree qualification in the relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, etc.).
Demonstrates strong first-contact skills with the ability to engage others respectfully and effectively.
Excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a proactive commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to support business goals.
Competent in handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences across platforms.
Proficiency in handling social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and other relevant channels.
Work effectively in fast-paced with minimum supervision.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, sophisticated design sense, and brand-aligned content.
Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, ClickUp, HubSpot) — not mandatory but an advantage.
Basic skills in design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro).
Passion for luxury branding, storytelling, and content related to financial services or wealth management. Confident, vocal, and comfortable being on camera.
Excellent command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, particularly in copywriting and editorial writing.
