Pantau Operasi Harian – Kawal proses, mesin, dan penggunaan bahan mentah. Kualiti & Keselamatan – Pastikan produk ikut standard kualiti, kebersihan, dan keselamatan. Urus Kos & Sumber – Kawal kos, kurangkan pembaziran, dan pastikan stok mencukupi Pimpin Pasukan – Arah, latih, dan pantau prestasi pekerja. Laporan & Koordinasi – Sediakan laporan pengeluaran dan bekerjasama dengan jabatan lain. Sihat tubuh badan Mempunyai sikap bertanggunjawab dan leadership yang tinggi Boleh dan mampu untuk memberi arahan dengan baik. Memiliki sekurangnya 3 tahun pengalaman Opportunities for promotion Professional development
