Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure sufficient manpower at all times.
- Assign daily tasks to team members according to business needs.
- Supervise and guide staff to maintain discipline and efficiency.
- Lead the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Check product displays, stock levels, and ensure merchandise is well-organized.
- Oversee the execution of promotions and marketing activities.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Training & Onboarding
Conduct orientation and training for new hires.Ensure employees clearly understand their roles, responsibilities, and company policies.Provide ongoing coaching to develop staff skills.Performance Management
Monitor employee performance on a regular basis.Identify strengths and areas needing improvement.Provide constructive feedback and coaching.Goal Setting & Alignment
Set measurable goals for team members.Ensure objectives are aligned with company’s vision, mission, and business targets.Reporting & Communication
Prepare and submit daily / weekly reports on sales and operations.Keep HR and senior management informed of staff performance and store issues.Communicate company updates, policies, and procedures to all team members.Application Questions
