What would you be doing :

CRM System Management : Keep our CRM running smoothly, and set up workflows, dashboards,

and reporting tools.

Dive into Data : Ensure clean, actionable data and deliver insights that drive smart decisions.

Optimize & Automate : Streamline processes and boost efficiency with automation tools.

Customer Engagement : Shape strategies to keep customers happy and coming back.

Empower the Team : Train team members on CRM features, functionalities, and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

2-3 years in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Skills in data analysis, reporting, and CRM automation tools.

Strong understanding of CRM best practices and strategies for customer lifecycle management.

Problem-solver with sharp attention to detail and excellent communication.
