Empower the Team : Train team members on CRM features, functionalities, and best practices. 2-3 years in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Skills in data analysis, reporting, and CRM automation tools. Strong understanding of CRM best practices and strategies for customer lifecycle management. Problem-solver with sharp attention to detail and excellent communication.
