Responsibilities
Provide professional legal advice and support for the company’s operational and management decisions, as well as the business development of all departments.
Review and draft legal agreements and documentations, including sales and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, joint venture agreements, MOU, Letter of Intent, letter of awards, and correspondences involving legal matters.
Qualifications & Experience
5–7 years of experience in conveyancing and commercial law matters.
Exposure to corporate exercises (M&A and legal due diligence) is an added advantage.
