SenangPay is one of Malaysia’s fastest-growing payment gateway providers, enabling businesses to collect payments online securely and efficiently. We’re on a mission to empower merchants of all sizes—from startups to large enterprises—with frictionless digital payment solutions.

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Enterprise Sales Lead to drive our penetration into Malaysia’s large enterprise segment. This role is critical to our next phase of growth, focused on acquiring and managing Tier-1 enterprise merchants in industries such as e-commerce, insurance, telecommunications, government-linked companies (GLCs), and financial services.
  • You will play a hands‑on role in driving large deal cycles, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering value‑driven payment solutions to C‑suite stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the go‑to‑market sales strategy for acquiring large enterprise accounts.
  • Develop deep relationships with C‑level decision‑makers , understanding their business needs and positioning SenangPay’s solutions as mission‑critical.
  • Drive the end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycle —from prospecting and solution pitching to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build a robust pipeline of high‑value opportunities and deliver consistent monthly and quarterly revenue performance.
  • Collaborate closely with product, tech, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience .
  • Represent SenangPay at key industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and payment innovations to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 6–10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience , with a proven track record in selling complex payment or fintech solutions to large enterprises .
  • Strong understanding of payment flows, transaction processing, MDR pricing , and digital commerce infrastructure.
  • Excellent executive‑level communication and negotiation skills .
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced fintech environment.
  • Prior experience in selling to industries such as financial services, e‑commerce, GLCs, or high‑volume platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Based in Kuala Lumpur , with flexibility to travel as needed.
