Role Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced enterprise sales professional to spearhead revenue growth across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will bring strong relationships with banks, insurance companies, merchants, SMEs, and enterprise customers. They must possess deep expertise in the payment's ecosystem, with focus on loyalty and gift card solutions as a plus.

A proven ability to open new business opportunities and forge deep relationships with customers.

Responsibilities we entrust you with :

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with banks, insurance companies, merchants, MSMEs, and enterprise customers and win new customers to an agreed annual qualitative and quantitative target, increasing year by year.
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline to support consistent deal flow and sustained revenue growth
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across target sectors
  • Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions to address their specific needs effectively
  • Create compelling sales pitches, customized proposals, and ROI-driven presentations for prospective clients and drive deal closures
  • Design and negotiate complex deal structures and drive the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, proposal drafting, contract negotiation, and successful deal closure
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in payments and loyalty solutions and share insights
  • The successful candidate will be a consummate and credible sales professional selling cloud communication services to Enterprises.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, marketing, and operations) to deliver superior customer solutions
  • Possess drive, motivation, and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to the company are captured and explored.

What matters in the role :

  • Experience in building & leading sales in a fast-paced and agile business environment with specific focus on SAAS in banking or fintech domain
  • Experience driving direct enterprise sales in Merchant Acquisition and Corporate Sales. Previous experience in payment or prepaid card industry is highly beneficial
  • Expertise in forging strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with intent and ability to be hands-on
  • Strong sales discipline and willingness to lead pipeline and external sales processes, which might require admin effort. Ability to organize and priorities.
  • Customer-driven focus and exceptional people skills to establish a good rapport with customers.
  • Resourceful, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and cope with pressure.
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Years of experience

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in sales strategy development and execution
  • Experience in financial sector, banks or Fintech's with prior experience in defining and scaling innovative payment solutions and concepts will be a major plus
