Role Description

This is a contract role for a Quantity Surveyor, designed as a hybrid position based in Cyberjaya with some work-from-home flexibility. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing various cost aspects of construction projects, ensuring that costs are controlled from the initial feasibility stage through to project completion. Day-to-day tasks include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost reporting, and providing detailed cost management strategy to optimize project expenditure.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
• Experience with BOQ preparation and related documentation
• Proficiency in Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
• Professional certification or membership in relevant bodies is an advantage
