What you’ll do — day-to-day :
- Acquire and activate F&B merchants across your assigned areas (phone, online or face‑to‑face) to meet outlet sign‑up targets.
- Prioritise high‑potential outlets and explore underserved sub‑areas for expansion.
- Maintain and regularly update the sales funnel (pipeline hygiene, status updates, conversion notes) to ensure accurate forecasting and progress tracking.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all merchant paperwork, onboarding forms and reports.
- Record and report on on‑ground insights and merchant / competitor feedback (field observations, merchant needs, win / loss reasons), escalating actionable items to the team.
- Identify competitor activity and recommend quick‑win actions to protect and grow our presence.
- Support account management and cross‑functional teams with handovers and merchant follow‑through.
What we’re looking for — must-haves :
SPM / Diploma (any field). Business, Commerce or Marketing is a plus.Fresh graduates or up to 1–2 years’ experience (sales, FMCG or telco preferred but not required).Interest in e‑commerce and digital payments.Good presentation and basic business acumen.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.Able to communicate in multiple languages, e.g., English, Malay, and Chinese.Flexible to work on‑ground during peak periods or as business needs require.Most importantly : the right attitude — eager to learn, coachable, resilient and target‑driven.Seniority level : Entry level
