Junior Business Development Consultant (External Sales)
Credit Bureau Malaysia Sdn Bhd (CBM), a leading credit reporting agency jointly owned by Sunway Holdings Berhad and Credit Guarantee Corporation Berhad, is rapidly expanding to promote financial literacy among SMEs. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to adopt CBM solutions among business owners.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, focusing on SMEs and other commercial enterprises.
- Conduct outbound calls, schedule appointments, and deliver sales pitches for company products and services to potential clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships, address after‑sales technical inquiries, and provide training support to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Compile data and generate reports for analysis, tracking, and review purposes as needed.
- Manage accounts receivable from existing clients.
- Handle additional tasks or assignments as assigned periodically.
Qualifications & Requirements
Malaysian or relevant residence status.Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa (Mandarin‑speaking candidates will serve Mandarin‑speaking customers).Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the SME market.Fresh graduates with strong passion for business development are encouraged to apply.Own transportation and willingness to travel for business engagement activities.Results‑oriented, resourceful, proactive, and strong urgency for achievements.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Capable of collaborating effectively within a team and working independently.Our recruitment team will contact shortlisted candidates only.#J-18808-Ljbffr
