Operations Manager (Shopping Mall)

Overview

• Ensure maintenance and repair of elevators, travellators, escalators, Pitless Lifts, OKU Platform, Hoists, and etc.
• Ensure full performance of HVAC System, LPG storage and supply system inclusive of ST and JKKP inspection & permits renewal, mall daily hygiene (Pest) and mall landscape cleanliness.
• Monitor and control all service contractors on all facilities ensuring excellent support with minimum costs.
• Review and provide comments on tenant's design before start of renovation works and after restoration work when tenant move out.
• Monitor and control all Fit Out / Restoration works and provide immediate written feedback to tenants for improvements.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time as instructed by Management as and when required.
