Job descriptionAt least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity in a 5-star hotel or similar environment Oversight of hotel operations, with a strong background in either Rooms or Food & Beverage, including a proven track record in managing financials and revenue generation Good understanding of local market strategies and revenue management Diploma from a recognized hospitality / tertiary institution and / or have gained 10 years of senior management experience in hotel industry. Strong results oriented, strategic leader with sound business judgement Strong personality with a high level of effective communication Highly adaptable with ability to lead and direct changes The ability to develop high performance teams and to motivate and mentor future leaders Strong adaptability and ability to integrate and work with the local community Creativity and innovation focused to be the trend setter rather than the follower of others Excellent revenue management skills with experience of Budget, Forecast and P&L

The Role
- Leading and coordinating resources from all operations departments include Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service, Kitchen, Engineering and Security Department to supports guests needs.
- Fulfill Operations KPIs including but not limited to guest satisfaction scores from various platforms, net promoter score (NPS), GHA enrollment targets, food safety and hygiene compliance.
- Responsible to drive the F&B outlets' promotion, festive celebrations and revenue.
- Decision making in terms of guests' request, events, bookings and adhoc tasks.
