Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Team Leader role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team, ensuring smooth operations, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Communication, and Problem-solving skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Team management and delegation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Professional certification in hospitality management is a plus
• Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
