- To provide support for all IT-related software and hardware.
- To manage IT properties and assets, including software and hardware.
- To perform system housekeeping including server backup and recovery.
- To do installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of software and hardware.
- Support ERP system.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required by Management.
