Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Key Accounts Manager to grow and manage strategic partnerships for our Offline Channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for meeting sales targets, executing joint business plans, and optimizing in-store performance through effective promotions and forecasting. You’ll also lead a merchandising team, provide market insights, and support cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned key accounts
- Develop and execute joint business plans and promotions
- Manage trade spend and optimize sales performance
- Forecast stock and plan inventory with distribution centres
- Monitor product lifecycle, stock levels, and in-store execution
- Prepare sales reports and post-promotion analysis
- Build strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key partners
- Manage and lead a merchandising team
- Travel as needed for business requirements
- Support ad-hoc commercial projects
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fieldMinimum 3 years’ experience in pharmacy or FMCG key account sales (experience with Watsons / Guardian is a plus)At least 1 year of experience managing or leading a sales teamStrong influencing, negotiation, and presentation skillsExcellent communication skills in English (additional languages / dialects are an advantage)Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointHighly organised, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to build strong business relationships and manage stakeholders effectivelyCompany Overview
