Duties And Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels including networking, industry events, online marketing, and referrals. Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
- Be the driving force behind our client acquisition and revenue growth strategies.
- Leverage deep expertise in financial markets to develop trust-based relationships with clients.
- Work towards achieving sales targets, ensuring revenue growth and customer acquisition goals are met.
- Showcase our capabilities at regional seminars and exhibitions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively educate clients and answer questions.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting and introducing products, handling customer inquiries, and processing transactions accurately.
Skills And Abilities
Established network of Introducing Broker (IB) relationships (a distinct advantage)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong sales service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanorAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectivelyProfound understanding of sales, trading, stock indices, equities, and CFDsRequirements
Diploma or associate diploma in business admin, finance, accounting or related fieldMinimum 3 years of working experience in related industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English and a business-proficient secondary language (e.g. Mandarin, Malay, Japanese)Strong self-motivation, relationship-building skills, and a relentless drive to succeedCompany Benefits
