We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Freight Forwarding division in Malaysia. The role involves developing new business, managing client relationships, building and developing the sales team, and achieving sales targets across sea, air, and land freight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build, lead, and develop the sales team.
• Work closely with pricing, operations, and customer service teams.
