Job descriptionDegree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent). Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as required. Hands-on experience with production or industrial printing equipment is preferred. Responsibilities
- Perform installation, configuration, and testing of production / industrial printers at client locations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for printing equipment and software.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Train end-users on equipment usage, safety, and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain detailed service logs, documentation, and customer feedback.
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer service requests.
- Support product upgrades, feature updates, and system integrations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines at all times.
