Job description

CONVEYANCING LAWYER

Responsible, committed, have initiative and able to work independently;
Able to do drafting for SPA and bank loans files for direct purchase with Developer and property sub-sales, JV Agreement, PA documents, Novation Agreement, Lease Agreement, Tenancy Agreement etc; - To handle Company Purchaser and SME / Business / Commercial Bank Loans;
Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status report and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time;
Researching and analysing documents and case law to ensure the accuracy of advice and procedure;
Developer project(s), any other matter related to conveyancing.

CONVEYANCING CLERK

Handle office administrative work;

Assist in conveyancing files from time to time;

Preparing correspondences, attending client and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time.

CONVEYANCING LAWYER

Strong command in English and Bahasa Malaysia Languages;

Possess teamwork qualities;

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;

Having own transport.

CONVEYANCING CLERK

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia Languages;

Willingness to learn;

Self-motivated, hardworking & positive attitude;

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
