Lawyer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer with 3-5 PQE located in Petaling Jaya. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include negotiating settlements, liaising with external parties and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Legal Research, Due diligence, Legal Writing, and Drafting Legal Documents
• Strong corporate and commercial skill
• Proficiency in Compliance, Regulatory Requirements, and Risk Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Good interpersonal skills and client relationship management
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Admission to the bar and valid practicing certificate
