Responsibilities

• Assist in product planning and executing dealers channel campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and compile reports.
• Assist in product development planning and support in documentation as required.
• Coordinate logistics for incoming cargo from suppliers.
• Proofread and check marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, and instruction manuals.
• Compile competitors analysis and customer insights.
• Handle customer phone inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the relevant department.
• Able to travel to Menara Chin Hin.

Qualifications

Strong communication in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
