Officer, Cash & Trade Proc Intermediate Analyst

Overview

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Cash & Trade Proc Intermediate Analyst (Hybrid) (Internal Job Title : Cash & Trade Proc Intermediate Analyst - C11 ) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Responsibilities

• Automate manual processes where possible.
• Integrate Cash BOP (Balance of Payments) validation into FEP (Foreign Exchange Policy) checking.
• Manage a small team of 3 to 4 staff.
• Create customized transaction services reports based on data analysis.
• Monitor and research errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies.
• Resolve transaction services issues and perform complex analyses using technical expertise.
• Anticipate and respond to requests for transaction deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors.
• Develop and recommend strategic decisions based on understanding of how the Cash & Trade operations team interacts with other business units to achieve objectives.
• Assist with providing informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members as required.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets by driving compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies, and escalating control issues with transparency.
